We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Contracts & Compliance to lead and oversee all post-sales contractual activities within Sales Operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), regulatory compliance, and end-to-end contract management from unit sale through to legal completion and registration.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capability, deep knowledge of UAE real estate regulations, and proven experience managing high contract volumes within a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full post-sales contracts lifecycle, ensuring timely preparation, review, issuance, and execution of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
Ensure full compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations across all contractual documentation.
Oversee KYC/AML processes and booking documentation approvals to maintain regulatory integrity.
Drive automation and continuous process improvement across contracts, approvals, compliance workflows, and KPI tracking.
Standardize SPA templates and contractual documentation in coordination with Legal and senior stakeholders.
Manage high-volume contract operations while maintaining strict turnaround time (TAT) adherence.
Handle complex cases, contractual escalations, exceptions, and high-risk transactions.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Inventory teams to ensure alignment on terms and conditions.
Monitor contract performance metrics and provide accurate reporting to senior management.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard compliance and business continuity.
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in real estate contracts, post-sales, or compliance within Sales Operations.
Minimum 3 years at Manager / Senior Manager level.
Proven experience managing large teams and high contract volumes.
Strong working knowledge of UAE real estate regulations, including RERA and DLD requirements.
Solid understanding of SPA drafting, KYC/AML procedures, and property sales compliance frameworks.
Experience driving process transformation and automation initiatives.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail with ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
