As the studio continues to grow, they are seeking a strong Senior Interior Designer with the potential to evolve into a Design Lead / Managerial role.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
We are looking for a proactive and creatively confident Senior Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring a distinctive design sensibility that aligns with and enhances the studio’s refined luxury aesthetic.
This role offers clear career progression toward a leadership or Design Manager position based on performance and contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end interior design projects from concept to execution
Develop cohesive design narratives aligned with a luxury aesthetic
Lead space planning, concept development, and detailed layouts
Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and high-quality design presentations
Source materials, furniture, fixtures, and luxury finishes
Conduct client consultations and translate briefs into refined design solutions
Oversee junior designers and provide creative direction
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all stages
Ideal Candidate Profile
6–10+ years of experience in luxury interior design (high-end residential or boutique commercial preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing refined aesthetics and a distinctive design style
Strong expertise in space planning and concept development
Proven knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and FF&E sourcing
Experience managing timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Familiarity with regional design styles in the UAE is an advantage
