Role Briefing
The Agency’s role at this stage is to align on the overall scope of the position and market approach. While the Agency may seek clarification on technical requirements to support sourcing, it does not perform technical validation or assessment of role-specific competencies, which remain the responsibility of the Client. -
Talent Mapping & Headhunting
We assess our existing talent pipeline and conduct targeted headhunting aligned to the role and market conditions. Our focus is on identifying candidates who meet the core experience, market availability, and general role requirements. Detailed technical validation remains within the client’s scope. -
Candidate Pre-Screening
All candidates undergo an initial screening process conducted by our consultants, focusing on career background, role relevance, communication skills, motivations, and overall alignment with the position. Please note that in-depth technical or functional assessments are not part of our screening process and are to be conducted by the client. -
Shortlist Submission
We present a curated shortlist of 3–5 candidates based on our initial screening and overall suitability for the role. The shortlist reflects candidates who meet the agreed criteria at a high level; however, final technical evaluation, competency validation, and role-specific assessments remain the responsibility of the client. -
Interview Coordination
Once candidates are shortlisted, we progress to arranging and managing interviews. Time to close will depend on your internal interview stages and feedback timelines. -
Offer Management & Closing
Upon final selection, we actively support the offer stage, assisting with negotiations and candidate engagement to ensure a smooth acceptance. -
Notice Period Support
We remain involved throughout the candidate’s notice period, assisting with documentation, communication, and engagement to minimise drop-off risk. -
Onboarding
On the candidate’s first day, we formally endorse the candidate to the client.
