We immediately assess our existing talent pipeline and, where required, conduct targeted headhunting aligned to the role and market conditions.

​Candidate Pre-Screening
All candidates are thoroughly pre-vetted to ensure relevance, capability, and alignment. We focus on quality over quantity and do not send bulk CVs.

Shortlist Submission
We typically recommend our top 3–5 shortlisted candidates from the total pool assessed, presenting only profiles we believe are genuinely suited to the role.

​Interview Coordination
Once candidates are shortlisted, we progress to arranging and managing interviews. Time to close will depend on your internal interview stages and feedback timelines.

​Offer Management & Closing
