We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist (French Speaker) to support and optimize our day-to-day operational activities. The successful candidate will act as a key link between internal teams, clients, and partners, ensuring smooth execution of processes and high-quality service delivery. Fluency in French is essential, as the role involves regular communication with French-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal processes
Act as a primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, partners, or internal teams
Monitor operational performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports
Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of operational best practices
Support cross-functional teams (sales, finance, customer success, etc.) in operational matters
Manage documentation, workflows, and data accuracy across systems
Handle operational issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
Requirements
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in an operations, operations support, or coordination role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency with common office and operational tools (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, project management tools, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
