The Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and actively contributing to business expansion across automotive and lifestyle design services. This role is client-facing, commercially driven, and execution-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales from assigned accounts to meet quarterly and annual targets

  • Identify and pursue new OEMs, dealerships, and strategic partners

  • Support implementation of sales strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Coordinate pricing, proposals, and commercial discussions with customers

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand account value

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and act on feedback to improve service delivery

  • Conduct market research to track competitor activity, pricing, and trends

  • Provide customers with detailed information on products, services, and capabilities

  • Support sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management

  • Work closely with internal design, engineering, and project teams

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and ISO quality requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

  • 5–7 years of experience in automotive sales or design-led engineering services

  • Exposure to OEMs and dealer networks is essential

  • Solid understanding of automotive products, technologies, and market trends

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Results-driven mindset with a proven sales achievement record

  • CRM proficiency and structured sales reporting experience
