The Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and actively contributing to business expansion across automotive and lifestyle design services. This role is client-facing, commercially driven, and execution-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales from assigned accounts to meet quarterly and annual targets
Identify and pursue new OEMs, dealerships, and strategic partners
Support implementation of sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Coordinate pricing, proposals, and commercial discussions with customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand account value
Monitor customer satisfaction and act on feedback to improve service delivery
Conduct market research to track competitor activity, pricing, and trends
Provide customers with detailed information on products, services, and capabilities
Support sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
Work closely with internal design, engineering, and project teams
Ensure compliance with internal processes and ISO quality requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
5–7 years of experience in automotive sales or design-led engineering services
Exposure to OEMs and dealer networks is essential
Solid understanding of automotive products, technologies, and market trends
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven mindset with a proven sales achievement record
CRM proficiency and structured sales reporting experience
