The Sales Coordinator provides essential support to the sales team by organizing schedules, coordinating activities, preparing documents, and communicating with customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The coordinator must also ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate sales team schedules, appointments, client visits, and internal reviews.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, technical documents, and contracts.
Track and monitor sales activities, pipeline status, KPIs, and team performance.
Maintain accurate customer information in CRM and sales databases.
Prepare and circulate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
Customer Communication & Support
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Provide updates, order status, product information, and general support.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Help maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
Operational & Administrative Support
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards in documentation and processes.
Coordinate and organize business travel for the sales team (flights, hotels, transportation, approvals).
Arrange client meetings and ensure all documentation, samples, and logistics are prepared.
Coordinate with HR and Admin for travel, meeting schedules, and operational requirements.
Follow up on pending actions, client updates, and reporting needs with the sales team.
Support cross-functional departments such as Engineering, Production, Quality, and Marketing.
Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional materials, campaigns, and product communication.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Total Experience: 5+ years
Automotive Upstream Manufacturing Experience: 2 years
Middle East Experience: [To be filled]
Similar Position Experience: 5+ years
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
