The Executive – Sales & Business Development supports the sales team in lead generation, account management, and business development activities. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional looking to grow within the automotive and design-led innovation space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base

  • Support senior team members in managing OEM and dealership accounts

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

  • Conduct market research on clients, competitors, and industry trends

  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and customer communications

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support issue resolution

  • Support sales forecasting and pipeline tracking

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings and capabilities

  • Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

  • Exposure to automotive, design, engineering, or premium products is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to build a sales career

  • Basic CRM and MS Office proficiency
