The Executive – Sales & Business Development supports the sales team in lead generation, account management, and business development activities. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional looking to grow within the automotive and design-led innovation space.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base
Support senior team members in managing OEM and dealership accounts
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
Conduct market research on clients, competitors, and industry trends
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and customer communications
Respond to customer inquiries and support issue resolution
Support sales forecasting and pipeline tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings and capabilities
Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Exposure to automotive, design, engineering, or premium products is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to build a sales career
Basic CRM and MS Office proficiency
