To manage shipping and customs documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading, packing lists, invoices, and Certificates of Origin.
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clients for documentation needs.
Ensure compliance with UAE port systems and customs regulations.
Maintain organized records of shipping and customs documents.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, warehouse) for data collection and document preparation.
Track shipment status and update stakeholders.
Support in resolving documentation issues or delays.
Assist in improving documentation workflows and compliance processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of documentation or administrative experience (preferably in logistics/shipping).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Immediate availability is preferred.
