The Senior Manager – FP&A role sits within the Finance division and supports budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis across the real estate portfolio. The role requires a finance professional with deep expertise in real estate development financial modeling and the ability to provide insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Develop and maintain complex financial models and project cashflow forecasts
Prepare feasibility studies, cost-to-complete analyses, and management dashboards
Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and scenario analysis
Manage MIS reporting and performance tracking
Work closely with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, Executive Directors)
Ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance in all FP&A activities
Key Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of FP&A experience within large real estate developers (mandatory)
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, project cashflow management, MIS reporting, and financial modeling
Hands-on experience with EPBCS, Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, and advanced Excel
Proven experience in feasibility studies, cost-to-complete reporting, and project financial analysis
Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and leadership presence
Candidates from purely accounting, corporate finance, or sales finance backgrounds will not be considered
