We are looking for a Business Analyst & Supply Planner to join the Dubai team and play a key role in ensuring efficient product availability across markets.

This position sits at the crossroads of commercial operations and supply chain planning, transforming sales forecasts and customer demand into accurate purchasing and supply decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Demand & Inventory Monitoring
  • Track and analyze inventory levels across product categories on a daily and weekly basis

  • Identify risks such as stock shortages, excess inventory, or slow-moving items

  • Propose corrective actions to optimize stock availability and turnover

  • Maintain inventory dashboards and reporting tools

Order & Forecast Management
  • Collect and consolidate sales forecasts from the commercial teams

  • Analyze customer order books to identify trends, anomalies, and priority demands

  • Convert demand signals into accurate purchase order recommendations

Supplier Order Placement
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers in line with demand forecasts and lead times

  • Ensure order accuracy including quantities, product references, delivery dates, and incoterms

  • Track order confirmations and shipment progress until delivery

Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to align supply plans with business priorities

  • Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes

  • Act as the primary interface between commercial teams and suppliers on supply-related matters

Reporting & Analysis
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (forecast accuracy, fill rate, stock coverage, on-time delivery)

  • Provide performance reports with insights and recommendations to management

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions

Profile & Requirements
Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, procurement, or a similar analytical role

  • Experience in fashion, sportswear, retail, or consumer goods industries is strongly preferred

  • Exposure to international supplier management and import/export processes is a plus

Skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, or equivalent) is advantageous

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach

Languages
  • English – Fluent (mandatory)

  • French – Strong advantage
