We are seeking a Senior Executive – BIM Architecture Coordinator to support the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) processes across the full project lifecycle, including design, construction, and project handover.
The role focuses on ensuring effective BIM coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal teams, while maintaining compliance with organizational and international BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support the deployment of BIM and VDC processes across design, construction, and handover phases.
Coordinate BIM workflows between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM tools.
Conduct BIM model audits and compliance checks based on project requirements and Level of Development (LOD).
Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 BIM standards and internal BIM procedures.
Manage data exchange through Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Participate in coordination workshops with Lead Design Consultants and General Contractors.
Prepare reports related to clash analysis, model compliance, and BIM progress.
Support continuous improvement of BIM/VDC processes and standards.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM or VDC coordination across design and construction phases.
Strong proficiency in:
Autodesk Revit
Navisworks
Civil 3D
BIM clash detection and model auditing tools
Experience with ISO 19650 BIM standards and CDE platforms.
Understanding of BIM interoperability standards (IFC, COBie, etc.).
Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Experience with top-tier developers or major contractors is highly preferre
