Job Title: Senior Executive – Terminations and Settlements ​

Location: Dubai, UAE ​

Reporting to: Manager, Terminations & Settlements

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the collection process for outstanding payments, ensuring timely payments and minimizing overdue instances. ​ The role involves coordinating with customers, handling terminations, and optimizing inventory management processes while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. ​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer accounts to identify and address potential payment issues, fostering strong customer relationships. ​

  • Collect overdue payments efficiently using negotiation skills while enhancing customer loyalty. ​

  • Ensure accurate billing and collection processes, releasing proof of payments to the finance team. ​

  • Collaborate with Finance and Customer Relations teams to manage defaulter cases effectively. ​

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and secure relevant documents to improve operational efficiency. ​

  • Analyze overdue payment cases and issue legal notices in consultation with legal authorities. ​

  • Handle administrative duties, including resolution forms, termination forms, and responding to customer inquiries. ​

  • Prepare reports on collections, outstanding payments, and termination activities for management review. ​

  • Coordinate property termination processes, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements. ​

  • Continuously assess and enhance termination and inventory management processes for efficiency and cost optimization. ​

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Termination resolution rate ​

  • Inventory management effectiveness ​

  • Customer retention

  • Process improvements in termination procedures ​

  • Compliance with regulatory requirements ​

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law; Master’s degree preferred. ​

  • 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years optimizing termination processes. ​

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems like YARDI, Salesforce, or Oracle. ​

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. ​

  • Detail-oriented, team player, and excellent time management abilities. ​

  • Must have a Valid UAE Passport
