Position: Manager – Projects - Emirati

Job Purpose
The Manager – Projects will be responsible for overseeing and delivering large-scale projects from initiation to completion. The role requires strong expertise in project management, construction management, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver assigned projects within the approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Oversee project schedules using Primavera and ensure adherence to critical path activities.
Lead and coordinate stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
Review and manage commercial aspects of contracts, including variations, delay damages, extensions of time, and claims.
Track project costs and cash flow, ensuring budget compliance and timely reporting to senior management.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, obtaining necessary approvals and permits.
Conduct regular progress reviews, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures where required.
Monitor consultant and contractor performance, enforcing adherence to project standards and quality benchmarks.
Support seamless handover of completed works to operations and ensure effective defect liability management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
8–10 years of experience in project management, preferably with a developer.
Proven leadership experience in delivering large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong working knowledge of Primavera (mandatory) and other project management tools.
Solid understanding of construction management, risk/change management, and project delivery processes.
Commercial expertise in handling contract administration and disputes.
