Job Title: Senior Executive - Investor Resale Management

Reporting to: Manager - Investor Services and Contract Management
The Senior Executive will support investor resale activities and address investor inquiries to foster positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and transparent investor resale experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage investor resale activities, including change of ownership transactions, gifting, court orders, and musataha, ensuring compliance with procedures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investor queries, providing professional assistance and information.
Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external parties to facilitate successful resale transactions.
Ensure settlements and documentation are accurate, complete, and adhere to contractual obligations.
Resolve settlement-related issues promptly and ensure compliance with novation agreements.
Maintain organized records of resale activities, settlements, and agreements for easy access.
Prepare regular reports summarizing resale transactions and investor interactions for senior management.
Foster positive relationships with investors, developers, legal teams, and internal departments.
Ensure all transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Investor Management; Master's degree preferred.
3-5 years of relevant experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
