Job Title: Senior Executive - Investor Resale Management ​

Location: Dubai, UAE ​

Reporting to: Manager - Investor Services and Contract Management

The Senior Executive will support investor resale activities and address investor inquiries to foster positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and transparent investor resale experience. ​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage investor resale activities, including change of ownership transactions, gifting, court orders, and musataha, ensuring compliance with procedures. ​

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investor queries, providing professional assistance and information. ​

  • Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external parties to facilitate successful resale transactions. ​

  • Ensure settlements and documentation are accurate, complete, and adhere to contractual obligations. ​

  • Resolve settlement-related issues promptly and ensure compliance with novation agreements. ​

  • Maintain organized records of resale activities, settlements, and agreements for easy access. ​

  • Prepare regular reports summarizing resale transactions and investor interactions for senior management. ​

  • Foster positive relationships with investors, developers, legal teams, and internal departments. ​

  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements. ​

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior. ​

  • Customer satisfaction rating based on investor feedback.

  • Transaction efficiency.

  • Document management and record-keeping compliance. ​

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Investor Management; Master's degree preferred. ​

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience. ​

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. ​

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. ​

  • Attention to detail and accuracy. ​

  • Problem-solving and time management skills. ​

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ​
