We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive – Automotive Bodyshop & Paints to grow our presence across bodyshops, workshops, garages, fleets, and retailers. This is a field-focused role responsible for new business development, account management, and increasing product penetration across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within bodyshops, garages, workshops, fleets, and retailers
Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize sales and repeat business
Promote and sell automotive bodyshop consumables and paint products
Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings
Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and sales initiatives
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Support collections in coordination with customers and internal finance teams
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience
Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in Automotive Bodyshop & Paints
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of bodyshop operations and consumables
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales
Valid UAE driving license
