As our client expands into the UAE market for the first time, we are seeking a high-impact Sales Executive with strong startup experience — someone who can pave the way for market penetration, build the initial pipeline from scratch, and act as the face of the business in the region.

They are a globally backed fintech platform that helps startups and scale-ups automate and recover R&D tax credits. With the UAE’s new R&D incentive launching in 2026, this is a pivotal moment to build early traction and establish deep roots in the UAE innovation ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in unstructured, fast-moving environments, knows how to open doors, and has a strong hunter mindset with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end new business acquisition within the UAE tech, startup, finance, and innovation ecosystem.

  • Build relationships with founders, CFOs, CIOs, accelerators, incubators, innovation hubs, and venture partners.

  • Target and engage entities such as Hub71, in5, Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), Space42, DIFC Innovation Hub, Sharjah RTI Park, and similar platforms.

  • Present and demonstrate RDvault’s SaaS platform; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Provide strategic market insights to the CEO, acting as the point of entry for UAE market intelligence and expansion.

  • Represent the company at events, networking forums, and innovation conferences when required.

  • Maintain CRM accuracy, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within

    • SaaS,

    • FinTech,

    • Tech startups, or

    • UAE innovation ecosystem.

  • Proven startup or scale-up experience — must be comfortable building from zero and working without established processes.

  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS products or technology-driven solutions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Hunter attitude with a strong drive to source, pursue, and close new opportunities.

  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken); strong executive communication skills.

  • Experience dealing with CXOs, founders, senior innovation leaders, and government-backed ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Strong network or familiarity with UAE’s startup/innovation hubs:

    • Hub71, in5, DSO, Space42, DIFC Innovation Hub, ADGM ecosystem, Sharjah RTI Park, etc.

  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.

Other Requirements

  • Available for occasional in-person meetings and events.

  • Role will transition from remote to onsite as the UAE office is established.
