Job Title: Sales Consultant ​

Location: Dubai, UAE ​

Reporting to: Executive Director - Sales

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating and managing leads while successfully executing sales for available inventory. ​ The role requires adherence to established guidelines, corporate policies, and legal governance to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. ​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive information about inventory and purchasing options. ​

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing company values, products, and services to identify new target segments and prospective clients. ​

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to grow a loyal customer base. ​

  • Promote products and services through innovative sales channels to improve revenue and customer retention. ​

  • Achieve and exceed departmental sales targets within agreed timelines. ​

  • Address customer complaints and service inquiries while improving sales processes. ​

  • Generate leads through brokers and personal efforts, and manage company-generated leads to drive successful sales outcomes. ​

  • Provide valuable assistance during sales meetings and post-sales interactions to ensure high client satisfaction. ​

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and emerging opportunities to offer informed advice. ​

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and legal requirements related to property sales. ​

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing; Master’s degree preferred. ​

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property sales or marketing in a real estate or commercial environment. ​

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong negotiation skills. ​

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage. ​

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. ​

  • Networking skills to develop and maintain business relationships. ​

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. ​

  • Valid UAE Passport
