Job Title: Sales Consultant

Reporting to: Executive Director - Sales
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating and managing leads while successfully executing sales for available inventory. The role requires adherence to established guidelines, corporate policies, and legal governance to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive information about inventory and purchasing options.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing company values, products, and services to identify new target segments and prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to grow a loyal customer base.
Promote products and services through innovative sales channels to improve revenue and customer retention.
Achieve and exceed departmental sales targets within agreed timelines.
Address customer complaints and service inquiries while improving sales processes.
Generate leads through brokers and personal efforts, and manage company-generated leads to drive successful sales outcomes.
Provide valuable assistance during sales meetings and post-sales interactions to ensure high client satisfaction.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and emerging opportunities to offer informed advice.
Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and legal requirements related to property sales.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property sales or marketing in a real estate or commercial environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Networking skills to develop and maintain business relationships.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Valid UAE Passport
