Our client is a dynamic innovation-driven company specializing in the design, development, and supply of premium lifestyle products, including perfume packaging, luxury branding solutions, printing, and customized badging. With a strong presence in the UAE and international markets, we cater to high-end clients seeking quality, creativity, and fast, scalable solutions.

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive with a solid background in the perfume, packaging, printing, or lifestyle industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing client relationships, closing deals locally and internationally, and driving growth in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in perfume packaging, printing, and badging, focusing on high-end lifestyle brands.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the UAE and international markets.

  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored product solutions that align with brand aesthetics and technical feasibility.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Design, Production, SCM) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to close sales opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs to inform business strategy.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events both locally and internationally.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the perfume, luxury packaging, printing, or badging sectors.

  • Strong local network in the UAE lifestyle and fragrance industry, with demonstrated success in international sales.

  • Excellent knowledge of branding, printing processes, and materials used in luxury packaging and labeling.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business development purposes.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
