We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Pricing Executive to manage the end-to-end pricing process for logistics and freight forwarding services in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop competitive, client-centric pricing strategies.

Offering a full suite of services—including NVOCC, ocean and air freight, container logistics, and specialized cargo solutions—the company is known for reliability, operational excellence, and innovation in logistics management across key global and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs).

  • Analyze RFQs to determine service scope, equipment, and volume requirements.

  • Source and negotiate competitive rates from local and international carriers, vendors, and logistics partners.

  • Ensure accurate data entry of inquiries and quotations in the internal systems.

  • Coordinate with the commercial/sales team to prepare and submit customized quotations aligned with client requirements.

  • Follow up on submitted quotations to gather client feedback and make necessary revisions.

  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality service delivery.

  • Monitor local and regional market trends, rate changes, and carrier schedules to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • 3–4 years of experience in pricing or operations within the logistics or freight forwarding industry in Malaysia or Southeast Asia.

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or freight management systems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
