With expertise in Out of Gauge (OOG), Breakbulk, and RORO shipments, the company delivers tailored transport solutions to clients across a range of industries, including oil & gas, infrastructure, and heavy equipment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager – Projects to lead and expand the company’s project cargo business in Singapore. This role requires a deep understanding of project logistics, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to develop customized solutions for clients with oversized and complex cargo requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for project cargo services including OOG, Breakbulk, and RORO shipments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and project clients.

  • Collaborate with internal operations, pricing, and logistics teams to create customized solutions.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within Singapore and the region.

  • Oversee project logistics and ensure smooth execution of oversized and heavy lift shipments.

  • Manage vendor sourcing and maintain reliable vendor relationships.

  • Ensure accurate client communication on project milestones and status updates.

  • Monitor invoicing and payment collections to reduce financial risk.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in project logistics sales (OOG, Breakbulk, RORO).

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in freight forwarding/project cargo.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

  • Willingness to travel and open to potential relocation within company branches in the UAE if required.
