We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Pricing Executive to manage the end-to-end pricing process for logistics and freight forwarding services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to develop competitive pricing solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Promptly acknowledge and respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
Analyze RFQs to determine the appropriate equipment, service requirements, and quantity needed.
Source and negotiate competitive rates from carriers, transporters, and other relevant vendors.
Accurately enter inquiries and quotations into the internal system.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit tailored offers to clients.
Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain customer feedback and revise offers when necessary.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with carriers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the best rates and service levels.
Stay updated on market trends, carrier schedules, and rate fluctuations to ensure competitiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in pricing, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics ERP systems.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Location: Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
