About the Role:
A leading logistics and shipping company is seeking a motivated Outside Sales & Marketing Executive to drive its OOG/Project cargo business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, sales strategy, and building strong relationships in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage OOG/Project cargo sales across the UAE.
Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to meet targets.
Engage existing clients to secure more bookings and onboard new clients.
Manage and reduce long idling inventory units in the UAE.
Conduct thorough market research on competitors and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams across regional offices to enhance import volumes.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, vendors, and network partners.
Manage weekly sales forecasts and maintain updated CRM records.
Willing to travel within the Middle East as required.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs Degree.
2-3 years of experience in OOG/Project cargo or logistics sales.
Strong persuasive communication and client handling skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team.
Flexibility to travel across the Middle East region.
