We are seeking a highly skilled Manager – Stakeholder Management to support the CEO Office of a leading organization in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing executive-level relationships, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders such as government entities, VIP clients, and investors.
You’ll play a key role in driving stakeholder engagement, managing executive priorities, and representing the CEO in high-level discussions — all while maintaining discretion, precision, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
CEO Office Support & Action Management
Attend meetings with the CEO, document discussions, and track action items through completion.
Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely progress updates and issue resolution.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive briefs summarizing business performance and key issues.
Conduct initial analyses (financial, operational, or technical) to support CEO decision-making.
Lead special projects including due diligence, document review, and commercial assessments.
Anticipate CEO requirements by proactively gathering relevant data, insights, and reports.
Monitor company scorecard metrics and identify opportunities to meet or exceed business targets.
Stakeholder Management
Represent the CEO in meetings with government entities, VIP clients, investors, and consultants.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Act as the primary contact for stakeholder inquiries, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s priorities.
Prepare briefing notes and follow-up reports for high-level stakeholder meetings.
Communication & Coordination
Ensure timely communication of CEO directives across departments.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Development teams to consolidate updates.
Maintain a secure and organized filing system for the CEO Office.
Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 6+ years of experience in business management, consulting, finance, or stakeholder management.
Experience in real estate or a related industry in Dubai preferred.
Proven exposure to executive-level reporting and relationship management.
Skills & Competencies
Strong financial or technical acumen to support strategic discussions.
Excellent report writing, presentation, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
