We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Owner of a growing startup company in the UAE. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can manage both professional and occasional personal administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of anticipating needs while working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Owner.

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups.

  • Handle emails, correspondence, and calls on behalf of the Owner when required.

Business & Operations Support

  • Assist with documentation, reports, presentations, and basic research.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required in a startup environment.

Travel & Logistics

  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, visas (if required), and itineraries.

  • Coordinate transportation and meeting logistics.

Confidentiality & Discretion

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for the Owner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in the UAE.

  • Prior experience supporting a business owner, founder, or senior executive.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, calendars).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

  • Comfortable working in a startup / entrepreneurial environment.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
