We are seeking an Event & Exhibition Sales Executive with proven experience selling exhibition booths, stands, and fit-out solutions for events and exhibitions.
This role is strictly focused on physical exhibition infrastructure sales — including custom-built stands, modular booths, shell scheme enhancements, branding, and on-site fit-out services.
Profiles from sponsorship sales, delegate sales, conference pass sales, or media partnerships will NOT be suitable for this role.
The ideal candidate understands the end-to-end exhibition sales cycle, works closely with design and production teams, and can convert exhibitor requirements into commercial proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibition & Booth Sales
Sell exhibition booth solutions, including:
Custom-built exhibition stands
Modular and shell scheme upgrades
Branding, graphics, and signage
Fit-out, furniture, lighting, and on-site services
Engage directly with exhibitors, brands, and participating companies at exhibitions and trade shows
Convert exhibitor briefs into commercial proposals in collaboration with design and operations teams
Client Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within:
Exhibition organizers
Event agencies
Corporate exhibitors
Marketing and brand teams
Build long-term relationships with repeat exhibitors and key accounts
Attend exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings as required
Sales Process & Coordination
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Coordinate with:
Design teams
Production and fit-out teams
Project managers
Ensure accurate handover of client requirements to operations teams
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Experience & Profile
✔ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in exhibition booth sales / stand sales / exhibition fit-out sales
✔ Direct experience selling physical exhibition structures, not event sponsorships
✔ Strong understanding of:
Exhibition layouts and booth sizes
Custom vs modular stands
On-site fit-out timelines and constraints
Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Ability to read exhibition floor plans and client briefs
Commercially minded with strong closing ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven exhibition environment
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
