The Division Sales Manager will lead and grow the Car Care Products & Workshop Consumables division, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute divisional sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage and grow key distributor, workshop, fleet, and retail accounts
Identify new market opportunities and product penetration strategies
Lead pricing, negotiations, and promotional planning
Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and product teams
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Ensure compliance with credit control and company policies
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Experience
7–10 years of sales and team management experience in car care products or workshop consumables
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of revenue growth
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Salary Range: AED 14,000 – 18,000
