We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Support Executive to assist in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the commercial team in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can manage post-sales coordination, follow up on quotations, and ensure timely responses to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers through consistent follow-up on quotations and business opportunities.

  • Proactively support the conversion of leads into confirmed business by coordinating with the commercial team.

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sales support efficiently and professionally.

  • Schedule meetings with customers on behalf of the commercial team as needed.

  • Ensure all customer communications (calls and emails) are addressed promptly, in coordination with the reporting manager.

  • Represent the company in a professional manner, serving as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide responsive support even during weekends if required, to maintain excellent customer service standards.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales support, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
