Reports to: Finance Lead / Management
Key Responsibilities
Operational Finance
Initiate and process bank and wallet transfers.
Ensure timely settlement of dues (e.g., DSO, Etisalat, rent, utilities).
Oversee intercompany payments and salary transfers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounts and general ledgers across all entities.
Issue monthly service invoices between across all entities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
Assist with payroll processing, including WPS compliance.
Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
Ensure VAT invoices are properly managed, filed, and compliant.
Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
Provide regular financial insights and cash flow reports to management.
Treasury management.
Office Management
Organize, track, and manage JIRA tickets, including creating and updating tasks.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.
Provide administrative support to Management (office coordination, vendor management, etc.).
Coordinate with service providers (banks, telecoms, government authorities, landlords, etc.).
Assist with HR administration, including onboarding, leave records, and employee documentation.
Support management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
Reporting & Support
Prepare monthly expense reports and reconciliations.
Assist with NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations with oversight from Management.
Update shareholder registers
Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants.
Profile Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance operations.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and local compliance requirements.
Familiarity with digital tools such as JIRA, QuickBooks/Zoho/ERP systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in Crypto wallet transfers and reconciliation is a must
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and integrity.
