Job Description:
Lead project and heavy lift sales for OOG (Out of Gauge), Breakbulk, and RORO logistics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized logistics solutions aligned with client requirements.
Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide weekly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
Drive business development by identifying and securing new project clients within Malaysia.
Oversee project logistics including oversized and heavy lift shipments.
Manage vendor development and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients on project status and milestones.
Oversee timely invoicing and monitor payment collections to mitigate financial risk.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities.
Open to relocation within company branches in the UAE if required.
