We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for driving the overall profitability and performance of the branch, including oversight of P&L, sales, operations, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in logistics, forwarding, or shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive the overall profitability and P&L performance of the Dammam branch.

  • Oversee pricing strategies and trade development for the company, forwarding, projects, and packaging services.

  • Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team and overall branch staff.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients globally.

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and negotiate contracts to expand market presence.

  • Promote and leverage the company’s value proposition to grow the customer base.

  • Manage the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal policies.

  • Oversee the growth and performance of each division within the branch.

  • Develop, execute, and manage the branch’s strategic plans.

  • Implement and maintain best business practices across operations.

  • Drive customer retention and business growth through account planning and relationship management.

  • Report directly to the Country Head.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in branch management within logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industries.

  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.

  • Strong leadership and commercial acumen.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
