The Sales Executive – Car Care Products & Workshop Consumables will be responsible for expanding sales across workshops, garages, fleets, and retailers by developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers within the automotive aftermarket
Manage and expand existing accounts to drive volume growth
Promote car care products and workshop consumables
Conduct product demonstrations and customer visits
Execute sales promotions and pricing initiatives
Collect market and competitor intelligence
Coordinate order processing and delivery follow-ups
Support collections and maintain CRM accuracy
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience
3–7 years of sales experience in car care products, workshop consumables, or automotive aftermarket
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of workshop operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and field-sales focused
Valid UAE driving license
