We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for a regulated cryptocurrency exchange.
The ideal candidate brings direct crypto exchange experience and an active portfolio of traders, brokers, family offices, or institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Growth
Acquire active traders and institutional clients
Leverage existing networks to accelerate onboarding
Drive revenue growth through spot trading and future product offerings
Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing engagement with high-value clients
Coordinate onboarding with compliance and operations teams
Support smooth trading execution for new clients
Commercial Strategy
Promote new listings and campaigns
Provide pipeline updates and revenue forecasts
Share market insights and client feedback with leadership
Requirements
3–5 years BD/sales experience within a crypto exchange or trading platform
Active client portfolio with measurable trading activity
Strong understanding of exchange operations and liquidity
Ability to close institutional deals
