We are currently seeking a highly qualified and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT hardware sales, particularly in printers, toner cartridges, and related office technology solutions.

Industry: IT Hardware / Office Equipment 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the IT hardware segment. 

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. 

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. 

  • Identify new market opportunities and actively pursue business development initiatives. 

  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making. 

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management. 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates. 

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the IT hardware industry. 

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 

  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting. 

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. 

  • A valid UAE driving license is an advantage
