We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager with a strong network and domain knowledge in perfume packaging, lifestyle branding, printing, and badging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic sales efforts, expanding local and international accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the sales and growth strategy across the UAE and key international markets.
Develop new business opportunities in luxury packaging, fragrance products, lifestyle branding, and custom printing.
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients in the perfume and lifestyle sectors.
Drive client engagement, from initial contact to contract closure and post-sales relationship management.
Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Engineering, Supply Chain) to deliver client-centric solutions that meet technical and aesthetic standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and product positioning.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and international events, showcasing capabilities and generating leads.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
Lead, mentor, and support junior sales team members as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in sales and business development within perfume, luxury packaging, printing, or lifestyle branding industries.
Deep understanding of the UAE market and strong international exposure in relevant sectors.
Strong network of industry contacts in fragrance, cosmetics, and lifestyle product companies.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
Willingness to travel for business development and client management.
