We are seeking a Saudi National Sales & Business Development Executive with a strong background in the perfume, packaging, printing, or lifestyle industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing client relationships, closing deals, and driving business growth both locally in Saudi Arabia and across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in perfume packaging, printing, and badging, targeting premium lifestyle and beauty brands.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across KSA and international markets.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored product solutions aligned with branding and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, SCM) to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct presentations, lead negotiations, and drive proposal development to close new business.
Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events within KSA and abroad.
Maintain accurate sales reports, lead tracking, and opportunity management using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in sales and business development in the perfume, luxury packaging, printing, or lifestyle branding sectors.
Strong client network within Saudi Arabia’s fragrance and luxury lifestyle industries.
Understanding of premium branding, materials, and production processes in packaging and printing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel across the GCC and internationally for business purposes.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Saudi nationality required in alignment with nationalization efforts.
