Our client, a well-established international organisation based in Dubai, is seeking an experiencedIndirect Procurement Manager to oversee and optimise indirect procurement activities across the business.
This role is critical in managing the full lifecycle of indirect contracts, driving cost efficiencies, and building strong supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
Lead end-to-end management of indirect contracts (IT, facilities, marketing, HR, professional services, etc.)
Negotiate favourable commercial terms, pricing, and service levels
Track contract lifecycles including renewals and terminations
Maintain a structured and up-to-date contract repository
Vendor Management & Sourcing
Manage RFP/RFQ processes and supplier selection strategies
Evaluate vendor proposals based on cost, quality, and risk
Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and SLAs
Identify and mitigate procurement and contractual risks
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
Manage dispute resolution and escalations
Invoice & Spend Control
Validate invoices against contracts and purchase orders
Work closely with Finance on timely and accurate payments
Resolve billing discrepancies with suppliers
Support spend analysis and cost optimisation initiatives
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement or contract management
Strong experience in vendor negotiations and contract lifecycle management
Experience in international or multicultural environments is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Fluency in English and French
Knowledge of procurement best practices and contract management
Experience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
